How It Was Set Up

  • Role Based Responsibilities

    5 Player Profiles

    Teams were set up with 1 person from each department to foster collaboration. They then determined each participant’s Player Profile base on their unique skillset.

    Responsibility was given to each teammate ensuring that each person had a participating voice and perspective that aligned to their skillset.

  • Mini-Game Example

    4 Games To Be Completed

    Each game was given to them at the same time, testing their communication and time management skills. Each game had a leader.
